Our centre teams at City Executive Centres are dedicated people working to give you the best environment for work. We go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of so you only have to focus on driving your business.

Receptionists
They greet your visitors, tell you they’ve arrived and offer them refreshments. Our receptionists can book couriers and a range of other business services for you, all at our discounted rates. They also answer all your calls using your company name and put them through to you in or out of the office. Essentially, they are the initial physical experience your clients have of your business.

Service co-ordinators
Present throughout your centre, on-hand to give you help with whatever you may require. They ensure your meetings run smoothly, clients find your office, refreshments are available, your work space is fully connected and much more...

Centre managers
Our centre managers ensure your work environment is perfect and everything is running as it should. They help with anything you may need from ensuring the IT and Telecoms are working properly to helping you move offices. If you have an issue just contact the centre Manager; they will ensure it gets sorted.

Cleaners
There are day and evening cleaners. During the day, they clean the communal areas eg. kitchen, toilets, hallways and break-out area regularly with frequent inspections. The evening cleaners you may never see, but they'll leave your office sparkling clean for next working day.
