A hugely growing concept, yet still unknown to some, serviced offices are an excellent proposition for office accommodation for companies at all stages of development.

A serviced office is a commerical office facility that is owned and maintained for by us, but rented by you for a contract length. We look after everything including insurance, business rates and rent, but also we fit-out the building to an incredible specification and as part of your contract you will receive chairs, desks, telephones, IT connectivity and everything you need to start working. We also provide breakout area, toilets and fantastic receptions - in fact we take care of everything so all you have to focus upon is your business.

The benefit of a serviced office is that you only need to pay for the number of workstations you use at the present and if you expand then simply take out more desks, so you dont have to factor in expansion space to your office accommodation.

We also offer contracts from as short as 3 months, so you can keep full control over your budgeting and future strategy.
