Our business centre in Newcastle
 is in Cuthbert House.

From the South: Take the A1(M) North leaving at the A184 junction, sign posted Newcastle (City Centre), follow the road and keep in the left lane sign posted Newcastle and Gateshead. Once at the roundabout take the third exit. You will pass through two sets of traffice lights, at the third set turn left and keep in the left hand lane. Go over the Tyne Brigde and exit at the first slip road to the left, take the fourth exit, follow the road and bear right, bear right again and keep in the left hand lane heading back towards the 55 degrees roundabout. Stay in the left slip lane as if you are going back over the Tyne Bridge, turn left before joining the Tyne Bridge traffic and Cuthbert House car park is your first left.

From the North: Take the A1(M) South leaving at the A167(M) junction, sign posted Newcastle (City Centre). Follow this road until the exit for the City (South). At the roundabout take your first exit heading for the Quayside, follow the road and bear right, bear right again and keep in the left hand lane heading back towards the 55 degrees roundabout. Stay in the left slip lane as if you are going back over the Tyne Bridge, turn left before joining the Tyne Bridge traffice and Cuthbert House car park is your first left.

The Airport is 8 miles North, and Central Train Station and Manors metro station are 5 minutes walk.

Please note our car park is for licensed car park holders only.  Other car parks are available at Manors car park and Quayside car parks which you will pass on the route.
